FEDERAL INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY PROFESSIONAL

Engaged public servant employed upon IT Organizational Leadership Succession track. Acknowledged for Outstanding Leadership, Outstanding Performance and Outstanding IT Risk Management and Tenacity. Enterprise risk management subject matter expert. Program Management Office team lead to include policy and planning, quality assurance change management, risks and issues, release oversight and security. Develops technical requirements for resource staff tasked to requisite traceability systems in support of program controls. Special projects team lead conducting policy research and analysis cross-referencing service-wide and national policy to include authoring and presenting white papers at senior and enterprise levels and other policy planning documents; i.e., risk management, quality management, artifact management, security change management and project management.

ADJUNCT FACULTY INSTRUCTOR

Developed and Instructed required organizational development and training courses for all employees of the Columbia Association through CA University, including established policies, procedural guidelines, interdependence, achievement, corporate branding, service principles, objectives and mission. Training included hands-on interaction, teach-back methodology, visuals, and individual and group collaboration. Special recognition from Director for retention improvement, increased morale and successful program instruction.

GRADUATE INSTRUCTOR

Successfully instructed 60-200 undergraduate Philosophy and General Majors in Utilitarianism: Biomedical Ethics (2007); Philosophy of Film (2008). Delivered instruction, administered exams and graded and generated course scorings to each student individually. Provided office hour tutoring twice per week voluntarily to students. Designed and presented technical presentations for course instruction and Research-In-Progress (RIP) apprenticeship work sessions. Received special acknowledgment by University Provost for successful ethical and leadership commitments.
